Your Role In Action:

 
  • Installation Support: Assist the Lead Electrician in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components. Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment for smooth workflow.
  • Hands-On Learning: Develop your skills in wiring, circuit installation, and system testing. Learn to interpret blueprints and technical specifications under expert guidance.
  • Material and Tool Handling: Safely transport and handle materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure proper setup, use, and maintenance of all tools.
  • Basic Installation Tasks: Perform tasks such as wiring, mounting electrical panels, and installing outlets under supervision. Gain troubleshooting experience by resolving minor installation issues.
  • Job Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized worksite and assist in final inspections to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Safety Practices: Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in regular safety training and apply best practices to minimize risks.
  • Customer Interaction: Support the Lead Installer in communicating with customers, answering basic questions, and ensuring a positive service experience.
  • Skill Development: Continuously seek opportunities to learn new techniques in electrical installation and maintenance. Take initiative in completing tasks as you gain confidence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Lead Installer and team to complete projects efficiently. Communicate effectively to resolve any issues that arise during the process.
  • Advancement Preparation: Show a commitment to professional growth and prepare for future roles by participating in evaluations and ongoing learning
