Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Inside Sales Representative. This is a remote job or in office. Candidate does not have to live in the area, can work from home. We are looking for someone with a proven closing track record that can close follow up sales for new systems and service tickets. You will be working all day to close unsold service and system sales with customers. Utilizing high level accounts, phone calls, text messages and emails. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HVAC SALES EXPERIENCE IN ORDER TO APPLY. THIS JOB WILL BE A BASE SALARY PAY + COMMISSIONS EARNED.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers to close unsold service and new unit sales
• Utilize high levels to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information accurately.
• Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Maintain up to date reports and daily check lists
• Follow up with leads generated through all marketing channels and close deals with sales managers and service managers to get revenue on the board
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in inside sales with the HVAC Sector. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HVAC SALES OR SERVICE EXPERIENCE
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
• Proficiency in high level or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• A proactive approach to outbound calling, demonstrating resilience and determination in achieving goals.
• Familiarity with software solutions and technology sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
