We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our HVAC operations through outbound and inbound sales activities. This role is critical to driving revenue, improving close rates, and maximizing opportunities from existing leads and active jobs.

Responsibilities
Follow up with existing leads to close sales
Make happy calls to customers to generate additional sales opportunities
Handle phone call flips from in-field technicians
Sell service and install estimates over the phone
Ensure all jobs have estimates completed and presented
Sell HVAC memberships
Prevent customer cancellations through proactive communication
Save install jobs that are at risk of canceling
Request and generate Google reviews from satisfied customers

Requirements
Strong phone communication skills
Comfortable selling over the phone
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow up consistently and close opportunities
HVAC experience preferred but not required
Sales experience is a plus
